Andra Day and Andi Matichak
Cassandra Monique Batie aka Andra Day is a American R&B/Soul singer-songwriter. Alongside a Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award she's also up for nomination for the winner of an Academy Award. Andra Day is a powerful artist and songwriter with a unique voice. She is not just a throwback R&B specialist. Her roots are in gospel jazz as well as the blues she performs with grace and finesse are passed on to the current. The debut album of Andra Day, Cheers to Fall (2015) topped the R&B/hiphop charts, and her contributions to Marshall (2017) brought the singer a Grammy Award as well as an Academy Award. Andra was born Cassandra Monique Batie on Edmonds Washington. Day's album was nominated at least two times for the Grammy Awards. The album was nominated as Best R&B Album. The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a concept-album on the famous jazz musician's life was released in 2019. The following year she appeared on screen in The United States Vs. Billie Holiday (2020), an autobiography of the career of Holiday. Andi matichak (born on August 25, 1970) is an American actress. She appeared first in TV shows like Orange Is the New Black or Blue Bloods and then made her debut in the horror films Halloween as well as sequels. Andi matichak was an American actor born in Framingham on 3rd May 1994.
